Hi! 👋 I’m Sierra Minchaca.
I help mission-driven brands, farmers, and creatives cultivate sustainable impact, visibility, and resilience—online and on the ground.
Because when your story aligns with your values, you don’t just grow—you thrive.
My Work
My work lives at the intersection of regeneration, storytelling, and rediscovering your voice—whether I’m walking vineyard rows with a grower, shaping a brand’s narrative, or helping someone find clarity in their purpose and confidence in their path.
In the sustainability and agricultural space, I work with growers, vineyards, and land stewards to implement practices that are rooted in regeneration and aligned with real-world challenges. My experience includes:
Conducting on-site assessments to ground-truth practices against sustainability and regenerative agriculture standards
Creating and supporting the implementation of carbon farming plans, including silvopasture design, compost application, prescribed grazing, and perennial cover crop systems
Translating technical information into clear, accessible language—from internal checklists and grower-facing reports to public educational materials
Collaborating with third-party certifiers and review committees to develop and refine sustainability standards and audit protocols
Providing Spanish-language support and translation for field visits, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Facilitating enrollment, certification, and multi-year compliance tracking for growers in voluntary sustainability programs
Researching and pursuing grant funding opportunities, supporting proposal writing, and building partnerships between growers, nonprofits, and regional agencies
Building strategic collaborations to expand the reach and alignment of sustainability programs across agricultural regions
I also support purpose-driven brands and creatives in aligning their voice with their values. Whether we’re refining language for a website, crafting a social media strategy, or developing content that resonates, I bring clarity and care to every message:
Working with small, mission-driven businesses to clarify their message, refine their copy, and build alignment between values and voice
Supporting visibility strategies through social media, blogs, and newsletters—especially for organizations in food, wine, agriculture, and sustainability
Helping teams shape public-facing language that feels honest, impactful, and rooted in purpose, to connect with audiences in a way that builds trust and momentum
Offering creative and strategic support to help teams move from idea to implementation—with clarity and confidence
Outside of consulting, I create space for healing, growth, and embodiment—through community programming, creative tools, and movement:
Teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to women as a practice of empowerment, embodied safety, and community-building
Developing creative tools—like an affirmation deck and workshop content—to support people navigating personal and professional transitions with courage and self-trust
Creating social content that blends depth, humor, and healing—because growth doesn’t have to be heavy to be powerful
Whether I’m consulting, coaching, or creating—I’m here to help others root deep and rise.

About Me
Hi, I’m Sierra Minchaca—born and raised in Napa Valley, with deep roots in both the land and the community.
I’m a UC Berkeley graduate in Conservation & Resource Studies and a certified Regenerative Agriculture Technical Assistance Provider through California State University, Chico’s Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems. I’ve followed a purposeful path through public, nonprofit, and agricultural spaces. From conducting invasive pest detection with the Napa County Agricultural Commissioner’s Office to consulting with specialty crop producers through Agrarian Supply, I’ve built a career grounded in both technical insight and human connection.
The experience that most shaped my current trajectory was my work with Napa Green. There, I helped vineyards and wineries translate sustainability commitments into real, measurable impact—both in the soil and in the stories they tell. That work brought together everything I care about: regenerative agriculture, climate leadership, and authentic community engagement.
I light up when I get to help teams refine their message and amplify their impact. That moment when someone realizes their work matters—and others are listening? That’s the good stuff.
At the core of everything I do is a desire to help Napa—and agriculture more broadly—not just survive, but evolve. Regenerative agriculture isn’t just a practice; it’s a call to heal. And when we lead with integrity, others follow. That’s how resilient communities are built.
